Established in 1962, the Williamson County Association of Realtors® (WCAR) is the leading regional advocate and provider of research, education and business services for brokers, real estate professionals and the public in Middle Tennessee. With over 1,400 members, WCAR serves real estate professionals and consumers in Williamson County, Tennessee for the past fifty years.

Our goal is to support the healthy growth of the Middle Tennessee real estate market, support the needs of our members and educate consumers on the need to use a Realtor®. Through our legislative advocacy efforts and promotion of the industry, we will continue to redefine and advance the professionalism of the real estate industry and the rights of property owners.
