A second-generation Realtor®, Matt has been a member for 18 years and has served as the managing broker with Zeitlin and Company for 11 years. At WCAR Matt has served on the Government Affairs Committee since 2000. He currently serves on the Tennessee Association of Realtors® Government Affairs Committee. In addition to all of his real estate service, Matt contributes to the community through service at BGA Board of Trust- Current, BGA Alumni Board- Past, Member Franklin Noon Rotary-Current, Served on Board and Rodeo committee-Past, Heritage Foundation board- Past, Vintage Affaire Board-Past. Matt has been a life-long resident of Williamson County and resides in Franklin with his wife and 2 children. Matt was recently awarded the distinguished WCAR Realtor® of the Year for 2011.

As a second generation Realtor®, Lisa’s roots run deep in real estate. Her father, Ken Culp (retired) is a well-known and respected Realtor in the community and taught her at an early age to love and respect the profession. Her work ethic, high standards and professionalism parallel the example set for her and she strives to maintain the highest expectations set by her clients. Lisa has served on the WCAR Board of Directors and held the Officer Position of Secretary/Treasurer in 2004 as well as Chair of the Budget Committee that same year. Lisa has also served her Association through the Grievance Committee, Government Affairs Committee and the Membership Services Committee. Anyone who has met Lisa will tell you quickly she is an avid animal lover. Her family includes two dogs, Oompa and Samantha (aka Sissy) and a cat named KitKat. She is an active supporter of several charities helping animals, but is most supportive in the local no-kill shelter Happy Tales where she adopted one of her dogs and her cat.

Chip has been a Realtor® for more than 12 years. “I was born in Nashville, TN in 1971 and lived in Nashville until the age of 6. My parents moved my family to Brentwood in 1977 for, (what else??)...the school system. Even back then, the education system was the draw. I grew up in Brentwood, attending Lipscomb Elementary, Northside Junior High (now Brentwood Middle School) and graduated from Brentwood High School in 1989."
He attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he majored in Business with a focus in Logistics and Transportation. After graduation in 1993, he worked in the transportation field for 5 years with Skyline Transportation and Ryder Transportation Services in Knoxville, TN, Charlotte, NC and Nashville.
In 2002, Chip attained his Brokers license and now is also the Managing Broker of the Crye-Leike office on Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood. "My sales volume has consistently kept me in the Top Producer level with Crye-Leike."
In the past, Chip was involved in the Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association of Middle TN. "I served on the SMC Board and now am currently involved with The Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County. My wife and I, Kristi, have been married for 16+ years and we are blessed to have 2 healthy sons, Chase 11 and Tyler 8. We also live in Brentwood near Ravenwood High School." Chip joined the Board of WCAR in 2011.

Melissa has been a member of WCAR since 1987. She has served on the following committees for WCAR: Public Relations, Awards Review, Grievance, Professional Standards, Realtor® of the Year, Budget and RPAC. Melissa has served on the Board of Directors for the past four years and currently holds the office of President of the Association. Melissa also serves as a Director for the Tennessee Association of Realtors®. She was named 2010 Realtor® of the Year and currently holds the CRS, ABR, and GRI designations.
Melissa’s community involvement includes the following: Board of Director for the Middle Tennessee Pony Club, Angel Heart Farms (Therapeutic Riding Program for critically ill children), Love Helps- Intercity School Program, volunteer for The Bridge Ministry, and has volunteered for YCAP, Youth Life Learning Center, Fundraising Committee for the YMCA Domestic Violence program, volunteered for Samaritan’s Purse Flood Relief and has chaired two committees for Steeplechase.
Melissa is an affiliate with Keller Williamson Realty and her team, The Clough Team, is comprised of a partnership with her husband Andy and daughter Kyle in Franklin, Tennessee. Melissa is a native Nashvillian.

Christopher L. Cantrell
Obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from David Lipscomb University in 1988. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Tennessee in 1991. He has owned and operated a solo law practice. His area of expertise is Real Estate, Residential and Commercial.

Director- Andy Brookover

Andy has been a Realtor® and member of WCAR for 8 years. For the past three years he has been very active on the Membership Services Committee which landed him the position of Chair of the Committee in 2012. Andy has helped lead recent membership drives and phone banks to thank members, the annual Scholarship Scramble Golf Tournament, Annual Vendor Fair, New Member Orientations and was our resident “elf” at the 2011 Franklin Christmas Parade. Andy is also involved in his community as past Chairman of the Cooper Trooper Foundation, volunteer and fundraiser for Cooper Trooper Foundation and Mission Dolly. Andy has strong communication skills and loves engaging members around how the Association can work to serve the common desires of its members. Andy would like the opportunity to continue to give back to his Association and the membership as a Director.

Director- Susan Diebolt

Susan has been a Realtor® and member of WCAR for 8 years. She currently has her ABR, e-PRO, GRI and SFR designations and is working on completing her CRS designation. Susan is a technology training instructor at Bob Parks Realty and was elected by her fellow agents to the Circle of Leaders. She has served on the WCAR Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee and attends as many Association functions as possible. Susan is a member of the Copyright Society of the South, Social Networking Professionals and loves to learn and share by teaching. Susan is a former litigator and believes in doing things right the first time. She believes in the strong principles of WCAR and would appreciate the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors.

Director- David Logan

David has been a Realtor® for 29 years and a member of WCAR for 25 of those years. David holds his GRI designation. He has served in the past as a member of the Board of Directors and has for the past two years given of his time as a member of the WCAR Realtor® Good Works Foundation Board of Trustees. David is currently the Vice-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee and has served on the WCAR Grievance Committee, Membership Services Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee. David is very active in his community and has been a Troop Leader for the Boy Scouts for 40 years. He is a member of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church for 35 years. David feels a sense of pride being a member of WCAR and was an integral part of hiring the current EVP and finding our current office location. He wants to give back to the Association that has served him so well for the past 25 years.
