There is a difference in using an agent that is a designated Realtor®. A Realtor® is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and a professional in the real estate industry. These professionals must complete continuing education hours and are held to a higher standard of ethical conduct throughout their membership in the National Association of Realtors®, the Tennessee Association of Realtors® and their local associations.
