Course Objective:
This course is designed to provide newly-licensed real estate agents with a deep understanding of
the core standards of practice that will inevitably lead to a higher level of professionalism. They will
be given the tools to create, sustain and systematically run an ethical referral-based real estate
business based on a positive reputation. Participants will engage in collaborative interaction, practice
with role playing, be assigned homework and exercises in accountability. Participants will learn the
steps to take in order to ethically grow a successful referral-based business and how to successfully
manage that business as growth continues. At the end of this course, participants will have a
checklist of tangible action items to complete which will lead to a more robust real estate business.
They will also have access to systems that can be implemented to ensure their business runs like a
well-oiled machine. Thus, they will be able to serve their clients better without becoming
overwhelmed with a growing business. In essence, the practice of ethically serving our clients results
in a reputation that leads to business growth and higher standards for all.

January 2020 will usher in WCAR’s move to a paperless education environment. There are two reasons WCAR joins hundreds of other associations in going paperless: It’s budget-friendly and regarding the environment, it’s just the right thing to do.

HOW A PAPERLESS CLASSROOM WORKS: Class handouts and designation manuals will be made available in your Course Reminder email (sent 2-3 days before class) in couple of ways: PDF attachments OR emailed to you as a secure Dropbox link (used for large documents). You are encouraged to bring your device to view the material digitally or feel free to bring a printed copy for yourself.
