Bo Patten

Government Affairs Director

Prior to joining WCAR in June of 2017, Bo served on the staff of a U.S. Congresswoman in one of her Tennessee district offices as a Field Representative for over 4 years and also has over 8 years experience as a Tennessee real estate broker and affiliate broker. As a REALTOR®, he served on the Governmental Affairs/RPAC Committee for his local association. He is a native of Chattanooga, TN and moved to Nashville in 2012. Bo is also involved in several nonprofits in the Nashville area including serving on the board of directors for the Alzheimer’s Association Mid-South Chapter and for NeedLink Nashville and is a past member of The Phoenix Club of Nashville, an organization raising money for at risk youth.

In Chattanooga he attended The Baylor School and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

As Director of Governmental Affairs, he will monitor federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory activity that impacts the business of real estate, promote grassroots political advocacy and is the staff liaison to the association’s Governmental Affairs and RPAC Committees.
